Verify data for accuracy and completeness prior to entry. Assist in data cleansing processes to ensure data quality. Prepare reports and summaries from the database as required by management. Respond to data inquiries and provide relevant information as needed. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency. Help maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in staffing and recruiting. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with operating various database systems. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing error-free work. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Good verbal and written communication skills.
