Data Entry Clerk -- Remote | WFH
We are currently looking for a meticulous and well-organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk on a PRN basis (10-20 hours per week), with the convenience of working from home. This position is open in either the Washington, NC or Greenville, NC area. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be accurately inputting daily progress notes into a healthcare... database.
Responsibilities
Enter data from paper copies into designated databases and systems.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all entered data.
Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
Familiarity with databases and data entry systems.
Exceptional organizational abilities, including effective task prioritization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
The ideal candidate will possess typing skills of 50 words per minute or more, have a good understanding of healthcare acronyms related to speech therapy, and be capable of efficient work. Additionally, candidates should have reliable access to a computer and internet during daytime hours. Training will be provided either in person or via a virtual platform, with progress notes being delivered to the candidate's home at least three times per workday for completion within a three-day timeframe. Confidentiality is paramount, and all candidates must be willing to sign a confidentiality statement.
