Responsibilities • Create and manage spreadsheets to track customer information and orders. • Transfer data from paper documents to digital databases with accuracy and speed. • Update customer information, verify data, and make necessary changes to records. • Organize existing data, perform regular database backups, and operate office equipment. • Input text-based and numerical information from source documents, and review data for errors. • Assist with special projects, provide data entry support across departments, and stay current with departmental policies. Requirements • Minimum 1 year's prior experience in customer service and/or data entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows XP, Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Ability to use databases, input data accurately and quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong customer service skills, both oral and written. • Reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote work).
