Job duties:
Sort, open, organize, process and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
Maintain established production and accuracy standards
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Site Manager
Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements:
1+ year of payment processing experience -OR- experience working at a HIPAA compliant facility -OR- experience working for a financial institution -OR- lockbox experience
Ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline oriented environment.
Requires the ability to read and follow instructions.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Must be computer literate
Must be proficient using 10-key pad
Must have basic math skills.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
High school diploma required
Background check required
Drug screening required
