What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and enter data from incoming healthcare claim forms
- Digitalize claims accurately using company-provided forms
- Provide data-entry, document processing, and scanning services
- Receive documents via mainframe or web-based applications
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and support other business operations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. consistently, including overhead
- Must be able to clear a criminal background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data entry within a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with great attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in a warm and empathetic manner
