Monitor and route incoming emails, facilitating effective communication and prompt responses.
Assist with filing and sorting, optimizing organization and accessibility of critical documents.
Perform other clerical duties as needed, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to support the team.
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associateâs degree preferred.
At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a high-volume data entry or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to manipulate data, manage emails, and utilize basic computer functions.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), allowing you to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
