Requirements: • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related field. • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a focus on creating engaging content. • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for content creation and distribution. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful connections. • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. • Experience in recruitment processes or HR practices (bonus). • Familiarity with platforms like Discord or other community management tools (bonus). • Basic design or video editing skills for creating visually engaging content (bonus).
