Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately and efficiently input data into our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficientlyVerify data by comparing it to source documentsReview data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check outputMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationRetrieve data from the database or electronic files as requestedPrepare reports and documents as neededMaintain filing systems and ensure proper documentationAssist with other administrative tasks as neededRequirements:Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position preferredFast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferredExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience with data management systems (e.g., CRM, ERP software)Basic understanding of databasesStrong communication skills
