Responsibilities
Perform routine data processing tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of information in the assigned industry and functional area.
Apply knowledge of business processes to meet service level agreements.
Assist in identifying and resolving any processing issues that may arise.
Audit, interpret, and reconcile reports for accuracy, maintaining consistency in data provided to management and clients.
Handle sensitive company data in compliance with established security policies and procedures.
Requirements
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Two or more years of experience in business process service delivery or a related field, with a preference for experience in an outsourcing environment.
Familiarity with client products/services and industry is a plus.
Experience using business software solutions and ability to support client needs efficiently.
Skills
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Proficiency with personal computers and business software.
Excellent organization skills to balance and prioritize tasks.
Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility to work remotely with occasional office-based tasks.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is (30,500 - )43,500 per year, with base pay varying based on geographic location, experience, and skills.
