Perform data entry tasks including new hires, bank information, and employee verifications
Assist with testing for payroll HCM system patches, upgrades, and modifications
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all department matters
Execute other duties as assigned, adapting to operational needs
Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and the Code of Conduct
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience and basic computer skills (MS Office)
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs. and comply with physical demands of the job
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with HCM systems, AS/400, and Kronos
High level of attention to detail with a focus on quality
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-volume environment
Capability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to work overtime as needed based on business demands
