We are looking for a focused and diligent Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously updating and maintaining our company's databases with precision and efficiency. Process data entry of credits and financial information as assigned
Prepare information for data entry by organizing and reviewing source documents


Quality Control and Error Management


Review and verify all data prior to entry to ensure accuracy
Identify and correct data entry errors promptly
Perform daily audits to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
Swiftly bring errors to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
Delete data entry errors and enter corrections accurately
Maintain data entry requirements by following established data program techniques and protocols


Communication and Collaboration


Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company to collect necessary information
