Data Entry Clerk ( 100% Remote) - Entry Level

Responsibilities...
Ā Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer
Ā Reviewing orders for accuracy
Ā Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
Ā Managing online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
Ā Generating internal reports to sales and production teams
Ā Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
Ā Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
Ā Supporting sales and marketing team as needed
Ā Handling other general office duties including being able and willing to successfully rotate tasks within the department as needed
Requirements
Ā High degree of proficiency and proven past experience in the areas of data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.
Ā Previous experience with ERP software
Ā Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ā Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ā Experience in a customer service and order processing environment preferred
Ā Work in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxes
Ā Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions.
Ā Masks may be required in common areas pending current local health department guidelines
Ā Clock in/out on Browser based time clock
