About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Data Entry-Clerical Specialist to handle all mail returns, playing a critical role in our revenue cycle management process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Skip tracing: Identifying and locating debtors to facilitate communication and resolution
Processing mail returns based on findings: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of mail returns
Performing other administrative duties as assigned: Providing support to the team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization
We provide extensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. As a data-driven team player, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
