Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate - Remote Operations and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for retrieving and updating database files and digital documents quickly and efficiently. Your duties will also involve sorting and organizing physical documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:


Data Preparation and Entry:

Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
Check source documents for accuracy and verify data where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents and update data accordingly
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
Transcribe information into required electronic format and scan documents into document management systems or databases


Data Management and Organization:

Update data and delete unnecessary files
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
Store completed documents in designated locations and maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks


Quality Control and Compliance:

Check completed work for accuracy and ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies
Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies


Communication and Customer Service:

Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Print information when required and provide excellent customer service




Essential Qualifications and Skills:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
Skills:

Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage data entry tasks
Basic software knowledge and superior typing speed
