Job Description:
ā¢ Data entry in SAP computer system (product numbers, sales orders, credits, etc.)
ā¢ Review of sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contract and documentation
ā¢ Process sales paperwork in computer system and per applicable procedures
ā¢ Release new orders and change orders to manufacturing
ā¢ Verify finished goods (stock) requests and move pending stock as needed
ā¢ Maintain master tooling files
ā¢ Process obsolete list as needed (at minimum twice per year)
ā¢ Invoicing and filing sales documents
ā¢ Prioritize and organize work-loads to meet deadlines
ā¢ Answer phones and other miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications:
ā¢ Ability to read sales forms and input data into computer system
ā¢ Ability to effectively communicate with professionalism both verbally and in writing
ā¢ Basic Microsoft Office software experience (Word & Excel primarily)
ā¢ Resourceful in identifying and solving problems
ā¢ Positive, service oriented focus and communication in any situation
