Explore this opportunity and apply now to join our talented team.About the role:The platform services team is responsible for providing various services at the specific request of Bynder customers. In order to be able to service the great diversity of services, employees with different technical backgrounds are active to offer our customers the best user experience every day.As Bynder Dam provider, for example, we provide support during the import/ export of large amounts of images and we apply search metadata tags so the customer is able to find the right assets using search criteria.Because of that, working with Amazon AWS for setting up S3 buckets / SFTP servers for data migrations is also a common assignment.Our software-data engineering squad provides services in the field of information provision about how users are using the portal.You can think of analytic requests, customized CSV / excel reports, queries directly from the Bynder db's, but also self-service dashboards in which user data is made transparent.What you will do:• Proactively handling issues from our clients and CS managers through our Jira ticketing system.• Develop concrete solutions that can be shared with your co workers like scripts / strategy for solving common problems.• Be proactive and propose improvements (for e.g.: automation) that will enhance team effectiveness and efficiency thus increasing satisfaction of users.• Clear communication about solutions and ability to analyze and provide workaround solutions to users.• Translate non-technical questions into technical solutions• In depth understanding of the Bynder software/Infrastructure• Highly collaborative and it is important to be able to formulate and communicateWhat you have:• You need to be available for a 6 months long full-time internship• You need to be enrolled in a school/university throughout the whole duration of the internship• You are based in the Netherlands• Basic understanding of MySQL, Postgres, and Bash scripting• Familiar with basic Python knowledge• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Enthusiastic and passionate about their job and the work they are doing• Team player to help the team accelerate• Ability to collaborate with teammates from other disciplines to produce results• Advanced in the English language• Joining the Rotterdam office on Wednesday’sWhat we offer: • An exciting position in an international agile organization and expansive entrepreneurial freedom• Possibility to make a real impact on a fast growing tech company• Latest technologies, Apple Gear and industry training• Free in-office lunch and drinks• Travel expenses• Great office in the center of Rotterdam• Flexible working hours • Competitive internship fee
