The firm continues to expand but are not aiming to become a giant, they purposely stay boutique to ensure quality work for their clients and a tight knit team environment. ️TheRole: • Analyze insurance policies and advise on complex coverage issues • Draft detailed coverage opinions • Defend carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions • Manage caseload with partner support • Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, and motions ⚖️ About you: 3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation / 1+ years experience in Insurance Coverage Defense.Location: 100% remote anywhere in LA, or Hybrid in San Fran Package: • Base salary up to $190k DOE + one of the best bonus structures I have ever seen $145/hour on all net billables above 1,600 hours totalling a potential $50k OTE. • Extra discretionary bonus potential of up to 5-figure annual bonuses. • Health, dental, vision & 401(k) retirement plan.
