Data Engineer - 12+ years Snowflake/Power BI + AI (Only on W2)

Job Title: Data Engineer (Power BI/Snowflake + AI Experience) Location: Remote (USA) Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in Power BI, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines, enabling analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows. • Build and optimize data models to support Power BI dashboards and advanced reporting. • Integrate AI/ML models into data workflows and analytics environments. • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs. • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across systems. • Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) to manage data storage, compute, and orchestration. • Improve performance and reliability of existing data pipelines and BI solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer. • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, optimization). • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift). • Experience with programming languages such as Python or Scala. • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into data workflows or production environments. • Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Data Factory, Databricks, etc Apply tot his job
