Data Center Financial Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and procurement controls, partnering with various teams to manage budgets and track costs.ResponsibilitiesGather financial data from multiple systems and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for managementCollect, organize, and analyze spend patterns, key metrics, and business performance trendsSupport budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cash-flow updates in partnership with FP&A leadershipBuild working relationships with functional teams (Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting) to understand business drivers and cost impactsManage the purchase order process from creation through fulfillment, ensuring accurate 3-way matching across Procore, NetSuite, invoices, and receiptsAssist with RFP processes by coordinating submissions, evaluating vendor quotes, and supporting cost/metric comparisonsMaintain cost trackers, committed-vs-actual reporting, and financial documentation to ensure compliance and accuracyPerform variance and financial analysis to highlight insights and support operational decision-makingEnsure adherence to expense policies and financial controls across projectsSupport continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of financial processes and reporting workflowsComplete ad hoc analysis, special projects, and cross-functional financial support as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is requiredBasic understanding of GAAP and financial statements1-2 years of relevant work experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis & reporting (or a related role)Experience or knowledge within the Data Center Construction & Operations/Infrastructure a plusProficient in Excel and other Microsoft applicationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong written & verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skills to interact and work with multiple levels and functions within the CompanyCapable of extracting and communicating data with relevant, consumable and actionable takeawaysAbility to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversightResults-oriented with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with varying timelinesIntellectually curious with a problem-solving orientationHigh ethical standards & integrityBenefits100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance401K programStandard paid holidaysUnlimited PTOCompany OverviewFleet Data Centers is a data infrastructure company that designs, constructs, and operates mega-scale data centers.
