About the position
Responsibilities
• Log into a computer and switch between work queues to validate, rotate, identify, and enter information.
• Determine what information needs to be entered on each document and make decisions about questionable information on computer images.
• Rotate and adjust images as necessary.
• Verify previously entered information for accuracy, if required.
• Re-enter previously entered information as needed.
• Decipher errors and determine the correct information.
• Electronically sort and code documents within the system as needed.
• Read emails and announcements daily to stay informed.
• Reference work instructions as needed for guidance.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings, and work scheduled overtime with minimal notice.
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to maintain confidential information.
• Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Able to type 8,000 keystrokes per hour.
