Data and AI Consulting Leader
About the position Responsibilities • Lead a team of Solution Consultants to drive business development activities. • Provide operational direction and coordination of program planning, integration, control, and resource management. • Support practice financial tracking and pipeline management. • Communicate with leadership and peers to identify and resolve problems. • Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. • Support business development activities to meet strategic objectives. • Leverage understanding of client needs to design and implement innovative solutions. • Explain mission challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Work with diverse teams to deliver FOAK projects based on project methodology. • Facilitate workshops in support of project delivery. • Create client-facing project deliverables in collaboration with technical SMEs and leadership. • Gather facts for ROI documentation and other Business Case components. • Identify opportunities for organic contract growth. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (or relevant experience in lieu of degree). • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience. • Experience supporting IC, FedCiv, or DoD clients. • Experience contributing to Data and AI projects with diverse teams. • Experience tailoring project deliverables to adapt to practice methodology. • Experience preparing and presenting project findings to clients and corporate leadership. • Strong analytical and quality assessment skills. • Experience with Microsoft suite and collaboration tools. Nice-to-haves • Experience as a consultant for a major Federal consulting firm. • PMP certification. • Experience leading teams of at least 5 people. • Experience working in an Agile team. • Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools. • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
