What You'll Do As a Data Analyst at Workwarp, your key responsibilities will include: Consult with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify user needs for data visualizations and business requirements. Data Compilation and Querying: Compile and query data using Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse to ensure accuracy for data visualization development. Data Analysis: Analyze data using statistical tools and techniques, including Oracle SQL Developer and Tableau Desktop. Technical Reporting: Lead and prepare technical reports, interpreting data and making recommendations based on findings. Data Visualization Standards: Assist in defining and implementing data visualization standards to meet federal and state accessibility requirements. What You Need to Succeed To excel as a Data Analyst at Workwarp, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two years of full-time experience in data analysis (Data Analyst III) or three years of full-time experience in data analysis (Data Analyst IV). Relevant Coursework: Each year (30 semester hours) of relevant coursework may substitute for one year of experience. Technical Skills: Experience using Tableau Desktop and Oracle SQL Developer. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and analyze data patterns. Preferred Qualifications: Statistics and Data Analysis: Experience with statistics and analyzing data sets. Presentation and Workshop: Experience presenting findings and conducting workshops. Data Models and Database Design: Familiarity with data models, database design, and data mining techniques. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in reporting.
