In this 12-month program, you'll immerse yourself in an energetic and inclusive environment designed to set you up for success in a global organization, and fast-track your growth as a future technical leader. We're looking for driven Data Analysts eager to enhance their skills through impactful, innovative projects. Job Description You will report to either the Sr. Director, Analytics, Manager of Marketing Analytics, or the Sr. Director of Software Engineering and join our D2C or Partner Solutions business. You will also have a program manager who is the Sr. Manager of Talent Management. Responsibilities: • Complete two 6-month, customized rotations across our business groups • Get hands-on experience with the latest technical environments, programming languages, and development • Receive 1:1 mentorship from Senior Engineers and a Career Development Coach • Visibility to Senior Leadership • Focus on personalized growth The start dates for the program are April and June 2026. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
