Job Purpose: As a Salesforce Associate Consultant, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding and training program, participate in hands-on projects, and be mentored by senior leaders within the organization. You will work closely with various teams to contribute to exciting projects, solve real business challenges, and grow your skillset. In this role you'll get to • Assist in day-to-day operations within your department (e.g., AI, Salesforce, software development, data analysis]). • Participate in training and development programs to build a strong foundation of technical and professional skills. • Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide input or solutions. • Learn to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations and provide innovative solutions. • Communicate and work effectively with team members, managers, and clients (if applicable). • Take on increasing responsibilities over time as you gain experience and expertise in the role. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, meetings, and strategic planning as required. Your skills and qualifications • Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Computer Science (or related fields). • Strong academic performance and a passion for technology • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally. Preferred Skills (Optional): • Previous internship experience in a related field. • Familiarity with specific software or tools related to the role. • Leadership experience, whether through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or school projects.
