Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Data Analyst to join our team and support the growth and operational excellence of our digital asset custody business. In this role, you will leverage data to optimize operational processes, improve decision‑making, and support key initiatives across product development, risk management, and client experience. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance security, performance, and efficiency. This position requires strong technical expertise, experience working with large‑scale datasets, and familiarity with the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape and regulatory expectations. Responsibilities • Work across the full data lifecycle—from data ingestion and pipeline development to advanced analytics, experimentation, and data visualization—to enable scalable data‑driven product decisions. • Proactively identify, source, and evaluate internal and external data that supports growth opportunities, enhances product strategy, and informs key business initiatives. • Analyze large‑scale (PB‑level) transactional, behavioral, and customer datasets to understand product usage patterns, conversion funnels, monetization levers, and user segmentation. • Build dashboards, growth models, and forecasting frameworks to track product performance, experimental outcomes, and operational metrics for leadership and product teams. • Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights, written narratives, and actionable recommendations that influence roadmap prioritization and strategic decisions. • Partner closely with stakeholders to design data experiments, validate hypotheses, and optimize user experience, engagement, and retention. • Develop data‑driven insights that identify key drivers of growth, uncover product opportunities, and measure the impact of new features or initiatives. • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where rapid experimentation, speed of execution, and measurable outcomes are critical. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. • 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence roles. • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance. • Hands‑on experience with distributed data processing technologies such as Spark or PySpark. • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python or Java). • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. • Familiarity with ETL development and orchestration tools such as Airflow. • Experience with streaming or real‑time data processing technologies such as Star Rocks or Kafka is a plus. • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, or data catalog solutions is a plus. • Experience with machine learning frameworks or building production ML pipelines is a plus. • Possesses strong time management, project management, organizational, and relationship‑building skills. • Adaptable in an evolving and fast‑moving environment, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Curious, self‑driven, meticulous, analytical, and a proactive problem solver. • Native or fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
