The primary purpose of this role is to manage data analytics and reporting to support strategic initiatives and business decisions for the career coaching teams. In particular, this role will develop and enhance data analytics for the McCombs Career Management & Corporate Ecosystem team. These analytics will provide student insights and internal/external employment trendsResponsibilitiesData Analysis and ReportingCollect, clean, and analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving services and programs.Strategize on making analyses easily repeatable and generalizable by other team members in the future by documenting methodology and validation.Manage employment data analytics for career coaching teams; lead all internal and external reporting requests.
