Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

Description Compass Pennsylvania, LLC is hiring a Real Estate Operations and Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing real estate team. This position is hybrid, with 2 days of work from home a week, one weekend day a week in the office. As the Operations Coordinator, you'll take the lead on listing prep to closing coordination, client care, and ensuring efficiency and details in a deadline-driven industry, while implementing marketing strategies to increase business. Compensation: • Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience) • Bonuses: Summer & holiday performance-based bonuses • PTO: Paid time off for rest and recharge Responsibilities • Prepare, organize, and launch listings - from contracts to photography to marketing logistics • Manage transaction paperwork, including agreements of sale, seller disclosures, and DocuSign processing • Track email communications and ensure no detail falls through the cracks • Oversee contract-to-close procedures and maintain systems using Compass tools • Support occasional property access and open homes (reliable transportation required) • Provide weekend operational coverage (one set day each week) • Collaborate with the team to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly Qualifications • Previous real estate and marketing experience is a must • Tech confidence - quick to pick up new platforms (Compass tools a plus), and previous experience with marketing programs • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to step in where needed • Local to Haverford or the nearby Main Line area with reliable transportation Apply tot his job
