Secondary responsibilities include product reporting and dashboarding.We value end-to-end ownership, giving you the freedom to determine the correct course of action, do all due diligence, and execute solutions in your own creative way. What You'll Do Coordinate with Data Operations, Customer Success, and Product management to provide summary analysis of healthcare reference and affiliation dataIdentify process improvements in onboarding data and product business rulesIdentify and analyze data quality issuesOnboarding of data sourcesPerform UAT on new product releases Requirements 3+ years of Data Analysis experienceStrong SQL skillsExperience building internal and customer-facing analytics reportsStrong written and inter-personal communication skillsExperience with Healthcare Reference Data Nice to Have Experience with Sigma Analytics reporting or other BI toolsHistory of working with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $60,000 - $80,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
