Summary: We are looking for 2 Data Analysts to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience of financial data structures and reporting, as well as background in energy or the utilities sector. This is a hybrid position, you will be in the office 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) in either Des Moines, IA or Portland, OR.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a finance focus.
Experience with Oracle Analytics preferred, but any similar experience would work too
Background in the energy and utilities sector.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting.
Consulting mindset- ability to speak at different levels of leadership and always thinking of client's needs.
Experience leading data discovery sessions and gather business requirements.
Familiarity with FERC (Federal Agency Regulatory Commission) vs. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) structures.
Experience with additional data visualization tools and platforms.
