Title: Data Analyst – Healthcare and Corporate Location: Remote within the US Job Description: We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Healthcare Business Operations team. This role will focus on creating dashboards across multiple teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Product) and delivering insights that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions. The analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and translating business needs into actionable reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to grow, develop technical skills, and make an immediate impact by improving how our teams use data. Qualifications: • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights. • Gather and analyze data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, support, product usage, and financial systems). • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboard requirements. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs. • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and leadership decisions . • Document dashboard processes, data sources, and business rules for long-term maintainability. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 1–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytics. • Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred), or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.). • Strong proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL. • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication skills — able to explain data and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders. • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and business processes.
