**Experienced Customer Retention Specialist - Field Agent - Pittsburgh**

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission by focusing on the retention of current customers while also generating other product sales. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Retention Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for providing current customers with expert advice and education on our energy products, helping them to make informed decisions about their energy needs. Your primary goal will be to retain current customers while also generating other product sales, using a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of choice and competitive advantage over other energy providers. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Focus on retention of current customers by generating other product sales and providing expert advice and education on our energy products * Use a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of choice and competitive advantage over other energy providers * Provide potential customers with pricing and effectively close the sale * Assure quality and accurate representation of products, representing arenaflex professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience * Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad * Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives **Required Skills:** * Proven understanding of the business, lives the company values, and committed to continuous learning and development * Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers over the phone * Highly motivated to sell with a desire to succeed * Customer-focused, results-oriented * Time management skills * Professional demeanor and attire **Minimum Education, Experience, and Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Driver's license with a good driving record, a reliable personal vehicle, auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum requirement for the state * Must be willing and able to visit with customers face-to-face regularly at least 50% of the time **Physical Demands:** * While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to an outside environment, which includes inclement weather * The employee is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, and walk; use hands and fingers to operate the iPad; and be able to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs (iPad, training binders, marketing materials, etc.) **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
