All majors and fields of study are encouraged to apply; additional consideration given to individuals pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field • Organized and self-motivated Naturally analytical and detail-oriented • Curious about corporate engagement and what drives results • A clear communicator You love to: • Explore dashboards and spot trends • Research data – labor market statistics, corporate data, etc.• Clean, structure, and interpret data • Leverage and improve reports for better decision-making • Learn new tools and play with techKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* The following experience is preferred, but not required: • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts) • PowerPoint or Google Slides (presentation development)• Cloud-based document management tools (i.e., SharePoint, Box, Google Drive)• Internal messaging apps and web conferencing tools (i.e., Teams, Zoom) • CRM and/or registration databases (Salesforce, CSIS, etc.) Position Summary/Job Duties:Position Summary/Job Duties:* Support InterPro’s engagement manager with data gathering, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics across platforms. Tasks may include: • Preparing summary reports and visualizations for team review • Preform market research and engagement analysis• Update PPT and engagement reportsSupport documentation, data migration, and reporting in CRM• Participating in strategy sessions to inform future strategy
