DAS Performance Engineers (Remote)

Remote Full-time
Location: Remote – USA Based Only | Multiple Positions

Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Contract

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced DAS Performance Engineers with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in delivering in-building wireless solutions — from design through final handover. Candidates must have prior Verizon experience. This is a remote role for US-based professionals with full work authorization, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge telecom projects while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate DAS designs to meet carrier and client specifications.
• Analyze site plans and ensure RF coverage and performance expectations using tools like iBwave.
• Oversee technical aspects throughout project lifecycles: from design validation and site readiness to installation monitoring and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and documentation.
• Generate and interpret RF performance reports for final site acceptance.
• Ensure all activities comply with US standards and telecom regulations for DAS deployments.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in DAS and wireless system implementation.
• Prior Verizon experience required.
• iBwave certified, with strong design review, optimization, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Proven experience validating complex iBwave projects and providing corrective design recommendations.
• Proficiency with major DAS platforms (CommScope, Corning One, JMA Teko, SOLiD, etc.).
• Skilled in RF tools such as SeeHawk, Anritsu, Viavi.
• Strong understanding of LTE, 5G NR, UMTS, and legacy technologies.
• Must be US-based and fully authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with in-country project requirements and telecom practices.

What You’ll Get:
• Flexibility to work remotely on impactful projects across the US.
• Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
• Opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading professionals.
• A structured role within a forward-thinking, quality-driven organization.
