DAO Ops Manager

DAO Ops team is a pivotal group of contributors dedicated to facilitating the operations of the DAO. This involves inventing and implementing efficient processes to ensure seamless decision-making for Lido DAO token holders. Within Lido, there are various contributor teams working on different projects. Most of these projects require approval from the DAO, a process that can be quite complex. The role of DAO Ops Managers is to assist these teams in smoothly navigating this process. By providing guidance and support, DAO Ops managers ensure that the necessary steps are taken for proposals to be properly approved and executed within the DAO's governance framework. This involves working closely with contributors to understand their needs, align them with DAO requirements , and facilitate the coordination of tasks to streamline decision-making processes. This is an asynchronous remote position and hours may vary, but be advised that most meetings occur between UTC 0-+6. Key Scope These superheroes: Design processes Manage projects Have a bird's-eye view of how the protocol and all processes around it work Liaise with other contributor teams and the community Support on-chain transactions Facilitate the overall function of the DAO, including sub-governance groups The ideal candidate will primarily focus on supporting the decision-making process within the DAO. This involves: Advising stakeholders on proposal feasibility Ensuring the timely progression of stages Suggesting best practices Resolving any impasses that may arise Requirements Strong Organizational Skills : The ideal candidate should be adept at setting and meeting deadlines and possess a high level of responsibility. Technical Background : The candidate should be familiar with Python and/or JavaScript and hold a degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science. Proficient in English : Excellent command of English is essential for reading, negotiating, and communicating effectively. Exceptional Writing Skills : The ability to craft documents and texts in English is crucial. Fast Learner : Given the fast nature of the field, the candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to quickly grasp complex concepts. Passion for Crypto : A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and a desire to contribute to our team. Russian language will be a plus.
