⢠Job Title: D365 CRM Technical Lead (Customer Service and Marketing)
Experience:
8-15+ years overall | 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE | 2+ years in SFDC migration/modernization (preferred)
Role Summary
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in D365 CE architecture, configuration and customization, integration design, data migration, DevOps/AL using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, functional leads, and engineers to ensure scalable and secure implementations with high adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1) Technical Leadership & Architecture
⢠Lead technical design and implementation for D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing/Customer Insights as applicable)
⢠Define solution architecture, customization approach, extensibility strategy, and technical governance
⢠Drive best practices in performance, security, maintainability, and upgrade-safe customizations
⢠Provide technical mentorship to developers and review code for quality and compliance
2) SFDC ā D365 Migration Delivery
⢠Own and execute migration strategy for:
Data model mapping: SFDC objects (Account/Contact/Opportunity/Case/Lead) ā D365 entities (Account/Contact/Opportunity/Case/Lead)
Process migration: SFDC workflows, validation rules, approvals, flows ā D365 business rules, Power Automate, plugins, workflows Ul/UX migration: SFDC Lightning pages ā D365 forms, views, dashboards, model-driven apps
Security model translation: SFDC profiles/roles/sharing rules ā D365 security roles, business units, teams, hierarchy security
⢠Plan phased cutover, trial migrations, reconciliation, and rollback strategies
⢠Support end-to-end testing including SITUAT/performance and post-go-live hyper care
