Cybersecurity Project Manager (Poland)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record in Cybersecurity to lead key IT security initiatives for our global client. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, requiring deep knowledge of cybersecurity domains, technical fluency, and the ability to challenge and coordinate with cyber SMEs and architects. YOU WILL Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across global IT environments; Work closely with technical SMEs, solution architects, and security experts to ensure alignment and accountability; Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans; Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure delivery across infrastructure, security, and compliance workstreams; Provide project reporting, executive summaries, and risk dashboards to leadership; Ensure adherence to internal cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements; Track project progress, manage timelines, and resolve roadblocks in cooperation with stakeholders; Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in managing cybersecurity-related projects in large-scale IT environments; Solid understanding of key cybersecurity domains (e.g., identity & access management, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, threat detection); Ability to collaborate and challenge technical teams (SMEs, architects, engineers) on solution design and delivery approach; Proven skills in project governance, stakeholder management, and risk reporting ; Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies; Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX); Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical detail into business-friendly language; Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint or equivalent tools; Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage parallel streams independently.
