Your primary functions will include: * Coordinating returned item data daily and entering data as required * Maintaining excellent service standards to other departments within the organization * Interfacing with internal leadership, including department supervisors and leads * Ensuring emails are responded to daily regarding customer inquiries * Entering data as needed by the Returns Department and/or the Customer Service Department **Who You Are** We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
