We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the IOC Organization's workforce planning and analysis capabilities, with a focus on improving functional reliability and reducing costs. You'll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain staffing models to analyze workforce needs and provide accurate staffing estimates
Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to workforce planning issues and develop strategies to improve staffing
Evaluate operational and financial implications of strategic changes, including flying schedules, work contract agreements, regulatory policies, and technology
Utilize technology and analytics to automate and improve reporting and other daily processes
Complete ad-hoc projects and investigations as assigned
Manage concurrent, multiple, and time-sensitive improvement projects from inception to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies and solutions for routine processes and strategic projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field
3 years of related experience
Experience working with and presenting to senior management
Preferred: experience with Excel, SQL, simulation software, and Tableau/PowerBI
Working knowledge of probability, statistics, and forecasting methods
Essential airline operations or organizational knowledge (crew, airports, etc.) and understanding of corporate planning process and etiquette
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a talent for problem-solving
Strong analytical background, including data analysis, control, and presentation
Self-motivated and proactive with an aggressive approach to identifying and solving problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
