Cyber Resilience Specialist

Responsibilities: Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical processes and risks; Define, document, and validate business continuity requirements (RTO, RPO); Map business needs to IT services and maintain continuity data in the service catalogue; Establish and manage IT service recovery priorities and restore sequencing; Coordinate development and maintenance of IT recovery plans and procedures; Maintain service dependency registers (suppliers, systems, SLAs, fallback solutions); Validate backup and restore capabilities and ensure recovery feasibility; Plan and execute recovery tests, simulations, and resilience exercises; Drive continuous improvement through post-test analysis, reporting, and remediation tracking. Qualifications: Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent practical experience; Proven experience in IT service continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience roles; Strong experience conducting BIAs and translating outcomes into IT requirements; Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments (infrastructure, applications, cloud); Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, TISAX); Experience working within ITSM / ITIL-based service management environments; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills; Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
