What You’ll Be Doing Omni-Channel Support: Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email . Social Media Interaction: Respond to comments and direct messages on our social platforms with speed and personality. Outbound Lead Gen: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to fuel our growth The Ideal Candidate The Tech-Savvy Multitasker: You can juggle three chat windows, an email draft, and a CRM update without breaking a sweat. Requirements Previous experience in a call center, sales, or digital customer service role environment High-speed internet and a quiet, private, dedicated workspace if working remotely. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). Experience with CRM databases is a major plus, as well as computer typing competency Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Why Join Us?
