Customer Testimonial Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Customer Testimonial Specialist to help transform customer feedback into high-impact marketing assets. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and extracting customer testimonials from Gong call recordings, trimming audio/video segments, and organizing them for use across various marketing channels. Your work will directly support our content, social media, and competitive positioning strategies.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview AI-flagged Gong calls to identify and validate positive customer testimonialsExtract high-quality testimonial clips and follow established SOPs for processingTrim and crop video/audio segments to highlight the most compelling testimonial momentsOrganize testimonial assets by product features, use cases, and customer segmentsMaintain and update a structured spreadsheet with detailed testimonial metadataUpload and organize files in shared drives using proper naming conventionsIdentify and flag high-priority testimonials for immediate marketing useEnsure quality, consistency, and organization across all media assetsRequirementsExperience with video/audio editing tools (e.g., QuickTime, iMovie, Clipchamp, Descript)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to identify and extract impactful customer quotesProficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) or similar toolsExcellent file management and naming disciplineStrong written communication skills for transcript cleanup and documentationSelf-starter with the ability to manage tasks independentlyNice to haveExperience using Gong or similar conversation intelligence platformsBackground in marketing, content creation, or customer successUnderstanding of B2B marketing and customer testimonial best practicesExperience managing and organizing media libraries for marketing teamsProject ScopeProcess several hundred AI-identified customer testimonialsDeliverables include a well-organized spreadsheet, trimmed video/audio clips, and a prioritized list of top testimonialsThis is a contract role with potential for extensionBenefitsHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
