Customer Support Supervisor
Full Time Position - Remote
Shoe Sensation is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor to join our corporate Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in improving customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service across multiple digital channels and supporting employees in more than 250 physical stores.
A passion for outstanding service is essential, as it fosters customer loyalty and encourages repeat business.
This is a fully remote hourly position. Candidates must have high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for their office setup. Necessary technological equipment will be provided. Please note that travel to Indiana may be required for training.
The schedule for this position is flexible, but candidates must be available during the department's operating hours, which are Sunday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM EST. Please be aware that these hours may change based on business needs. This is a full-time position, and occasional overtime may be required.
Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in customer service (or equivalent) is required; supervisory experience is highly preferred, particularly in the e-commerce and/or retail sectors
• Must possess a strong work ethic; reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation are essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Tech-savvy:
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms, order processing systems, and tracking shipments with various delivery carriers
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of handling difficult or irate customers in a professional manner
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Basic understanding of social media platforms for customer service purposes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Quick to learn and adapt to new processes
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Initiative to maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, departmental processes, and tools
