Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty across digital platforms. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience on our digital platforms. Utilize digital analytics tools such as Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics, and Excel to inform decision-making. Lead executive conversations with the Executive Leadership Team, presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Manage and maintain content with a Content Management System (CoreMedia) and utilize project management systems like Wrike and JIRA. Balance self-sufficiency with teamwork, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Essential Qualifications A formal education with an undergraduate or graduate degree. 3-5 years of related professional experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a similar field. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics, and Excel. Strategic and technical skills to understand the e-commerce market and drive revenue growth. Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into relevant insights. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CoreMedia) and project management systems (Wrike, JIRA). Experience in managing and maintaining large-scale e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
