What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review data for integrity and accuracy before system inputs, acting as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities and allocations
Resolve customer questions and issues promptly or refer them to the appropriate personnel
Administer customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and item maintenance
Maintain customer-specific national and regional discount files within the employer and customer-based systems
Coordinate with internal departments on promotions and new item processes for assigned accounts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
Good judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in situations without direct supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in food wholesale distribution or a related industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Experience with data management and analysis
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
