**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our community, handling phone, email, and text-based support for customers, partners, users, and other community members. * Effectively using Salesforce and other internal tools to accurately log interactions and solve issues
* Collaborating with team members from various departments to ensure a cohesive delivery experience
* Balancing efficiency and speed with a high-quality customer experience
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A combination of sales, customer service, or related experience, preferably in a technology or logistics company
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
* Proactive and able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity with ease
* Ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
