Fractional CMO (Dental Industry) – Marketing Strategy & Growth
Job Description:
We are a fast-growing accounting and tax strategy firm that specializes in helping dentists and high-income business owners reduce their tax liability and build wealth. We are looking for a Fractional CMO to help us refine and scale our marketing strategy specifically within the dental industry.
This is a strategy-focused role (approx. 5 hours per week). We already have a social media manager who handles execution, so we are looking for someone who can provide high-level direction, campaign strategy, and growth planning.
Our goal is to consistently generate qualified dentist leads each month and scale our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine marketing strategies to attract dentists and dental practice owners
• Create a scalable lead generation strategy (funnels, ads, partnerships, content direction)
• Guide and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
• Help design and improve funnels inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Identify opportunities for dentist-specific marketing channels (events, webinars, partnerships, communities, etc.)
• Provide weekly strategic guidance and performance analysis
• Help us build a repeatable system to generate dentist leads monthly
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CMO / Fractional CMO / Growth Strategist
• Experience marketing to the dental industry or healthcare professionals (strongly preferred)
• Strong experience with Facebook / Instagram Ads
• Experience building funnels and lead generation systems
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy for scaling
• Operations mindset – able to structure marketing systems
Time Commitment:
• Approximately 5 hours per week
• Strategy, planning, and review meetings
