Role Overview
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediate openings available

Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner
Analyze and report product malfunctions, proactively engaging with customers to prevent issues
Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues, identify needs, and provide feature requests
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and discussions with customers
Work closely with our product team to update help center articles and ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
2+ years of customer support experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with case/ticket management systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
