Customer Support Representative - Overnight (Remote)

Job Summary:
Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and tickets.
Troubleshoot technical issues, manage department inbox, and contribute to day-to-day operations.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Associate degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations.
Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Available Shifts:
Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM CST
Saturday to Tuesday: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM CST
