About the position
This is a full-time on-site position at Foundever, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry. At Foundever, we deliver leading CX solutions to global industry clients, including customer service, technical support, and warranty options. The primary function of this role is to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and high-quality customer service. This includes handling inbound service calls, driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications, and navigating through multiple systems and tools. All calls are inbound only, meaning there is no cold calling involved. We invest in our people by providing paid training along with growth and development opportunities.
