Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. On this project, ModSquad's Shared Team provides customer support via phone, ticket and chat for numerous industries, using workflows that are well-scripted and easy to follow.
Project Hours:
24/7
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
20 hours per week, at least one weekend shift required
90 days (as needed)

What We Are Looking For:
? Well organized and able to multitask
? Must have a PC with a working headset and a quiet place to take calls.
? No Apple devices can be used
? Must have an extensive resource site to research issues and possibly provide minor troubleshooting
? Must be able to follow workflows and scripts
